The protean protagonist is Suzan, a confused, orphaned girl who can change form at will. Thanks to nanobots injected into her by a horrendously evil man, she can become a grizzly bear or a decaying handful of flowers. She, herself, is a handful.

The government wants her to be its top-secret government agent, so a military shrink is constantly prescribing her every conceivable anti depressant (which she refuses to take) to alleviate her identity crisis of the week. The government needs her fit for work.

More often than not, she screws up her assignments. Hey, she's got issues!
